By downloading or using Safe & Informed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
The App aggregates publicly available RSS feeds from third-party publishers. Safe & Informed does not own, control, or endorse any content from these sources. All article content remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content.
The Pro version includes AI-generated audio summaries of news articles. These summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as a definitive or complete representation of the original article.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (Pro, No Ads). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

The community RSS directory contains community-submitted links to third-party publishers' own public RSS feeds, subject to our Community Rules. Safe & Informed does not host, store, or redistribute article content; feeds and their content belong to the respective publishers. Listings are provided for discovery only, "as is", without any warranty as to accuracy, availability, or legality. By submitting a suggestion you confirm it is a publicly available feed and that you are not violating anyone's rights. We review submissions before publication and may reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
Takedown / removal. If you are a rights holder and believe a listed feed infringes your rights, or you otherwise want a feed removed, email contact@safeandinformed.com with the feed URL. We will remove valid requests promptly.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that RSS feeds will always be available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe & Informed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
